Below is an intro framework/vision for my work with Liberatory Love in supporting personal, relational and social/systems awareness and transformation.

These frameworks have been inspired by my learning this season with Richard Rudd, Tanmayo Lawson and Elijah Parker (Gene Key Framework), Sarah Marshank (Selfistry Framework), and always, the Baha’i writings, my own life, and the lives of the people wild enough to choose to allow me to work with them as they experiment with the personal, intimate and creative dimensions of life in this historical moment.

Some premises informing the graphics below…

• We are more interconnected than we know (within and without.)

• Intimacy is not in direct proportion to pleasure but to our connection to be with what is.

• Liberation is multidimensional, and though spirituality is at the root, the other layers of existence are all a part of it.

Premise: The practice of awareness in all three domains of our relationality opens us to new levels of evolution and transformation as humans.

Implication: My work at Liberatory Love is evolving, supporting people to step into these new levels—in awareness and proactive co-creation—with ourselves, in relationship, and in contribution to society and the planet as as whole.

Liberatory Love is coaching business, but also an emergent network for teachers and healers working on deepening and expanding our capacity for interconnection, intimacy and liberation.

I have spent the last 4 years learning from and building out relationships with individuals, couples, and increasingly communities and organizations—who seek to work with parts of this “map.”

Post-Valentines Hangover Scramble

I’ve always loved food.

My first entrepreneurial endeavors involved menus.

My mom’s kitchen is a still a world cuisine.

A couple friends of mine last year helped create the drink menu at a local Asian fusion restaurant in Saugatuck, Michigan, and I loved hearing about the process (including their critique on the size of the restaurant’s ice and how it would impact the drink.)

Fried Green Tomatoes (the book and movie I pulled the image above from) has always been a vision-board kind of story for me—maybe because as a teenager reading it, I could feel the love story in a way that made me feel at home in myself, or maybe because it tells life through women, over generations, centering a kitchen that connects the whole.

To Build a Menu

You don’t know the particularities of experience-building until you’re the one preparing the product/service/food/drink item—and meeting the faces of the people on the other side receiving it.

It’s why working at a coffee shop and now Chipotle-style customizable Middle Eastern restaurant, first felt like downgrades from the work I thought I “ought to be doing,” but I now see as deeply informative to my process.

In one regard, working in the food industry while I build, has helped stabilize my nervous system, connect me to the community, protect my creative center, and expand cash-flow while I build from scratch.

On another level, working in food service has expanded my understanding of people, need, preference and desire.

When I think about the ‘spiritual highways’ or network-building I am doing at Liberatory Love Coaching, I imagine myself as “menu-building.”

Health and psychology today are treated based on need and repair.

But health and psychology in the future, I believe, will be based on preference and creative power.

On one level, I see my work at Liberatory Love, in that larger evolutionary process, as a kind of wine tasting—but for coaching and healing experiences that doula the reminder of a future based in deepened embodiment, intimacy, spiritual depth, relationship transformation and social infrastructure rooted in love informing our intellectual work.

On another, I see Liberatory Love a a kind of virtual marketplace for people who want to look around at the options but ultimately just find the thing they came here for.

Both are okay, because we don’t all want the same thing. The marketplace serves the multi-passionate and the passionate.

I see my job as a creator as listening to needs (within and without), and creating from them. I see my job as an innovator, as supporting the building of the car where the people saw horses. I see my job as a medicine woman as reimagining it all in a way that centers the soul, breath, life-force as integral to the whole.

Innovation, in my perspective, is not just about technology—but the inner infrastructure that manifests it.

For now, let me first say a couple things I’ve learned about customization over the years.

Learnings From Working in the “Customizable” Food Industry

Working in the food industry taught me how vast preferences are.

I’ve had people complain to me there aren’t enough options, and lament how many things there are to choose from.

At Biggby (the Michigan-version of Starbucks), I received variations on everything from the milk and sugar type, to heat variations to requests for obscure flavors we didn’t sell.

I learned about people who try everything, to others who want the same thing same time every day, and still others who come in when there’s a coupon and stock up for the week.

The level of variation people can create on a single item on a menu is as infinite as the options you give them.

With the Detroit-based Middle Eastern place I currently work at, I get requests for everything from how well people want their meat done (including chicken), to no- to lite- to extra extra versions of every vegetable we offer (“Can I have 8x time the pickles? I’m sorry I’m pregnant and I have a craving”), to out-right making up their own menu items or asking for things they’ve had at other places.

And I shouldn’t be surprised.

I first learned how wild peoples customizations could get working at my first food industry job as a teenager: Cold Stone Creamery, the ice cream store that lets you add everything from multiple ice cream flavors, to any topping you can think of and people did it all.

On the flip side, I know from serving food at summer camps that when people are hungry and given one thing to eat—they will take it.

I learned working at two different vegan restaurants, in Hawaii and Michigan, that people when inspired by a cause for health reasons, will try things they never even thought of as food prior.

I’ve learned living in places food-insecure that anything hot when you’re hungry—goes a long way. And that learning to wait becomes part of the daily menu.

And I’ve learned being in a relationship with multiple people who have had their own restaurants that, who stands over the fire, who holds the spatula, can be a game of extraordinary trust between two people.

What Working In Food Teaches Me About My Work In Relationship Building

If people, in all their uniqueness, can come up with 12232545436 variations of combinations on a cup of coffee, a bowl of schwarma, and a cone of ice-cream...

You better believe there are infinite variations of classes, courses, tools and practices for those of us opening up to love, intimacy, relationship, embodiment and our own quality of spiritual depth.

How we go from passive consumers, to chefs, kitchen builders, and stewards of the land that makes the food... are questions for another time.

I have long been coming to understand, business is fundamentally about integrity, embodiment and being.

But subscribing to that model, in a system where we are often rewarded for self-negligence and doing at the cost of ourselves—is challenging and requires you to go against the grain.

Building a business as someone also orienting toward social transformation on a global level has felt like trying to fit myself into a plastic body-bag—It sucks and I don’t understand why I’m doing it, or why people would want to buy me dead.

“Now do that and scale it,” is essentially the personal development business model from my perspective.

There are so, so many things about learning to navigate business in a way that is living, that reminds me of my processes of learning to navigate dating and marriage, and religion and spirituality in a way that is living and not solely mechanistic and reproductive of so much I seek liberation from.

To me: there is no way to do this without a vision for the whole—the whole being, the whole of earth.

Spiritual entrepreneurship has felt equally soul-sucking—just add meditation to the process of self-elimination.

Where are the people who want to be in something living?

I know these words might sound harsh, and are not in theme with the evolutionary vision and generosity I give to humans on Creative Revolution, my refuge from this whole process.

The reality is, I choose to be selective with the suffering I speak to.

So much of my creativity comes from suffering. I just choose not to write about it until I have a glimmer of a way out of out or through, because I believe deep down in victory and hope.

Meeting Seth Kaufmann and Ganga Devi Braun have been one such glimmer since I’ve practiced a full-bodied fuck no to three years of the performative coaching industry.

At some point, I had followed Ganga’s publication The Living World and only recently discovered their slow, emergent, community-centered work of Emunah Academy.

Emunah (אֱמוּנָה), pronounced eh-moo-NAH, is a Hebrew term translated as "faith," but more accurately means active trust, faithfulness, and unwavering reliability in God.

Why Reflect?

One of greatest needs for those of us saying yes to emergent work—a work and way of being created from attunement, alignment and opening to more co-creative relationship and unified leadership, is to learn.

We are being called out of unconsciousness and into awareness, out of mindlessness and into embodied receiving, out of numbness and into a quality of feeling that requires us to be present to what is real and true on multiple levels, individually and together over and over—until we deepen and rise into the qualities of love and liberation we came to earth for.

To really say yes to this call, one of the asks of us is to build a culture, an infrastructure robust enough to hold each other in a fully re-humanizing process. Not one that waits until after the revolution is complete, not one that ignores the call to social revolution is happening alongside our awakening.

Perhaps one of the most softening lessons I’m learning is—in all our uniqueness, distinction and interconnection, beyond whether the people or culture around us accept us—we are supported.

We are supported.

A discourse, a politics, a way of thinking and being and relating and seeing that is self-destructive to the majority of the population, yet infiltrated into our education, our religion, our mindsets—will never last against the truth of our oneness, our resilience, our call to inner evolution.

Liberatory love is waiting to birth through us, in our quaking.

Liberatory Love Resources

With Great Power, Comes Great Responsibility

“With great power, comes great responsibility.” —Uncle Ben, Spiderman

Anyone who has known me for more than a couple years knows my undercover mission is to build a superhero training school (while deconstructing the notion of what a hero is of course).

While I’ve traded out names for this endeavor over the years, I’ve learned that regardless of a name, title, or formal structure—the training is happening. The Trainer or Teacher is much bigger than you or me, and is speaking whenever and wherever we soften enough to listen.

In this regard, though I continue to build formal endeavors from Liberatory Love Coaching to Elegance Lab Consulting, to my vision for a sacred geometry-centered tech company, I know I am part of a larger evolutionary process and my writing at Creative Revolution is simply a reminder and expression of that right now. That “this” evolution and revolution is here and available for all of us, all the time, regardless of whether we feel ready or safe enough to say yes to it.

Over the years, I’ve gone in and out of “forgetting,” isolation and the desire to leave this planet, and though I can’t say any of that is over, as these somatic, mental and social experiences seem to be as widespread as physical exhaustion and overwhelm in our culture—I know now, I’m too far in to pretend not to see what I’m opening to. And that this inner sight, this somatic softening, is as real as the crumbling all around it.

So, as we continue to open to a new Winter season, here is a seed of wisdom I have gained from working with my own inner guidance, and working with many beautiful beings orienting to Wild Sovereignty—that is to say, being directed by the untamable feminine guidance of the heart.

“With great agency, comes great surrender.”

How do we step into it?

A Reminder for Those Centering Relationship

A decade ago I was just coming out of a break-up that shifted the way I experienced the world. Though I didn’t have the words then, I would say now it opened me up to both the beauty of love and passion aligned, the darkness of power expressed and misused, and the intricacy of how two peoples collision could create something so enriching, so generative for ourselves and others, and simultaneously so isolating, so dismissive, and so ignorant of our deepest needs.

Our breakup period lasted over a year, the length of the time we were actually together, as we challenged the bounds of heartache we could handle, and questioned who we were without each other.

Choosing to center relationship in our lives and work is a dangerous road, but a generous one.

And exploring oneness and distinction, interconnection and independence, unity and agency, love and power, are the core of the living questions I seek to center at Creative Revolution this year in devotion to a more Wild Sovereignty in ourselves, intimate relationships and collective.

There is no single guidebook for this, and I’m grateful to anyone in resonance with these ideas opening to them alongside me.

Wisdom I have a decade after that breakup I didn’t then is, love does not end where the movie would.

It does not end where your eyes can see the horizon line or where your heart (and even body) perceives it’s limit.

Love is a living story: one we are participating in, and in my view, one that speaks back to us.

And life, unlike a movie’s end, cares not for conclusion, but for offering chances over and over again—to remind us who we are involves learning to love each other better.

Loving the World, Loosening the Grip of Illusion

Point of View: Our capacity to give and receive love is not a reflection of our individual power alone, but rather a reflection of collective challenges that play out on in personal and intimate ways.

My hope with creative revolution, is to anchor our intimate missions, journeys in artistry, and adventures in relationship into a larger story of embodied love dissolving systems of oppressive power, and awakening eyes to a vision of oneness opening pathways never before explored.

My hope is to awaken us to the cosmic heartbeat that loves us.

My hope is to become more and more opened to how deeply practical, and real, the mystery of love is, in all that it asks of us (and we of it).

And my hope is to build a community so strongly rooted in the earth and the feminine principle of life, that the illusions and archetypes we’ve created to contain ourselves and others continue to be revealed until they hold no power over us.

Finally, my hope is that I surrender into the journey required to live not just from hope, but tender, slow and devotional commitment to actualization, realization and embodiment—in a way that is as deeply relational as my body allows.

May we learn to laugh as we live between words and worlds, crumbling and emerging.

This year is, in my view, another rite of passage, in our collective becoming. May we encounter it without looking away, and with the encouragement of one another.

Creative Evolution, Revolution and Rebirth—Opportunities for Further Connection in 2026

As we open to creative evolution, revolution and rebirth in our culture and society, there are so, so many needs before us.

At the center of those needs is a call—to (be)come more of our selves—wholly and holy.

Embodied Co-Creation, my coaching approach developed through a decade of travel, design work, embodiment training, energy tools, yoga and my own life, death, and relationship experience, is one tool for those of us becoming and unbecoming personally, professionally, socially.

This tool is designed for creative, emergent lovers and leaders questioning the limits and powers of body, mind and collective to:

• face patterns of mindbody overwhelm and learn to center the elements, the earth and our bodies,

• challenge habituated patterns of self-denial and learn to operate in awareness of and attunement to our patterns of relating, and

• dismantle addiction to linear growth models and open us to a more emergent, relational approach to personal, community and systems level transformation…

Vision Mapping Experience

In the space of mindset work and coaching some foundational practices are centered:

1. Questioning our beliefs.

2. Gaining awareness of the present to shift the future.

3. Seeing our thoughts and feelings as both our greatest "assets" and "liabilities" as one of my coaches describes it.

Basically: Change on the outer requires change on the inner.

It is for all of these reasons that I choose to uplift work within the space of female sexual liberation and integration.

While people continue to learn about belief work, the power of awareness, and sophistication in working with thoughts and emotions...

Communication around sexuality remains taboo. The consequences of this are repression and stagnation in our personal and love lives, and on generations.

The work (and play)—of shifting our relationship to love and intimacy—will not "do itself."

Pleasure and joy are in our design, made FREE to us as humans. And yet we found a way to create cages—mental and systemic—around joyfully and wholesomely relating not just to pleasure but to our bodies …and for whose benefit?

So many people I meet with still affirm our internalized belief that "God" would somehow prefer this - our shame, blame, guilt and repression (and its myriad of consequences) - over richness, self knowing, and abundance with our wholeness: the shadow and light with ourselves and those who consent to it.

Even those who want to change, are left with questions and outsourcing the answers to male counterparts.

Reclaiming joy cannot be outsourced to anyone.

Over the last decade I have travelled, studied social systems and systems change, and asked for the Divine to teach me about the nature of reality - and female orgasm remains high on my list of things that I believe will shift the fundamental structure of things.

And because working with a single woman’s body, mind, emotions and energy to make that experience more possible for her has its own complexities—I feel devoted to shifting our public discourse about the centrality of this.

While I have nothing to prove to anyone: this is my personal case for centralizing female sexual liberation and integration in my life and PUBLIC work.

The root and sacral chakra in the human body when untapped keep us locked into old patterns, and perpetrate pain. The root and sacral chakra when met, create safety, pleasure, openness, aliveness and sovereignty.

They hold keys to our conscious change and an authentic, embodied path to our solar plexus, our center of power and action, and our will to change.

Is it any wonder that concern, care and education for this work has been repressed?

The work I am living into and holding us to is triggering for many of us. It has taken me years (and still takes present space/time) to allow me to answer to its call.

And, it is so so beautiful.

This is my "coming out," with no going back post.

There is nowhere else to "go back" to.

Women everywhere are saying yes to new paradigms in how we connect to our hearts, bodies, families, lovers and the Divine itself.

And its my belief when even a single woman’s body, soul, mind, heart and being are loved—deeply loved, not falsely contained—the world around her changes.

If we want to live into the environmental and social changes, the conscious awakening that is both possible (and I believe inevitable) for us as humans... I am here to remind you—it is safe to begin with the irritation and agitation of your desire for MORE, and our cultural sexuality wound.

A relationship to sexuality other than repression and obsession is possible.

It is safe to change.

It is safe to change.

It is safe to change.

This is the heart of creative revolution... whether or not you ever work with me on the sexuality side of things.

Please know I am stand for every shadow in you blocked, trapped or hidden from the healthy relationship to sexuality and your body that is yours to have.

Sexuality and creativity are connected.

The revival of the feminine and our total cultural rebirth are fundamentally connected.

There are INFINITE paths to the Divine.

I am here to remind you:

You are one of them.

I am here to remind us:

We can change.

And we are coming through this portal together.

4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.

5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.

On Regret

I am not dying but as I feel the momentum of ‘30’ pulling me in and my 20-some-years pushing me out, I have been feeling a pang of regret.

I witness how much second guessing I did from 18 until now…

…only to be coming back to my own intuition,

…only to have watched visions I was confused about fulfilled,

…only to witness years and moments un-lived in my full expression birth regret for no one but me,

…only to see how mornings, evenings, nights and days spent entertaining others thoughts of me, were mostly trapped fears around speaking or doing what I really wanted,

and I allow myself to have regret.

I’m someone who travelled to 20+ countries, lived in 5 cities, made many connections and choose to lay a foundation for an unconventional life and career.

And still…

I regret doubting myself.

I regret questioning myself.

I regret quieting my fire.

I regret being so hard on myself, when we’re all coming through personal, social and ancestral world-shaping shifts.

I regret overly-entertaining the opinions of people who are not going to be here to see my life through.

This is not a regret I will dwell in.

There is a “both and” here: Everything led to the embodied knowing I have now— and also–I get to see what could have been, from this present knowing.

What I Know Now

1. The world is changing radically, in every dimension.

2. We’ve been poorly prepared for it.

3. We get to participate in its (and our) complete and total unfolding.

4. There is no one-size-fits-all for this.

5. It gets to be fun.

12 Years to 12 Minutes

6 months shy of 18 to 6 months shy of 30... While I just shared about my regrets, what am I most proud of in these 12 years?

Letting myself pause, reconsider, and allow new choices to arrive — over and over.

There is plenty more I can and will say on that, but for now, the phrase that emerged in October as I began to deliberately center how I want to live from what I know now: ‘intuitive spontaneous action.’

It took 12 years to get to a place I feel I can live a life from that sentiment. I am still building the foundation financially to allow a greater flexibility within that, but mentally and emotionally, every conscious thought and lighting up of my unconscious has brought me back to that phrase.

And so, as I open to my next 12 years, I choose to share with you that sentiment. The world is fast-changing and it will be hard to predict the next 12 years, but you can choose how you want to orient, starting with how you treat your next free 12 minutes.

The Greatest Adventure

I consider our personal yet connected paths to liberation, life’s greatest adventure.

What stops us?

Confusion over present desires in conflict with long term needs (and the gap in-between) can stop us from taking action.

Fear can encourage us to give up on ourselves and the people around us.

Recurring conflict — inner and outer — can blind us to the joy of something greater: more loving, just, joyful and abundant.

These three dilemmas are personal and collective.

So where do we begin?

My encouragement as a start is not to follow anyone else’s story for you, but rather to allow yourself in your next free 12 minutes — to pause, dance, breath, account for the present moment need, take action where you’re avoiding it, say yes to the thing you’ve been putting off, or just let your intuition lead.

Pauses allow ‘something new’ back in.

And this something new (or remembered) can encourage us to hold “both-ands,” in the way the logical mind is quick to erase.

From a place of ‘both-and,’ we can be and birth things that truly do not replicate the past.

And when we personally gives ourselves a taste of that, so we can learn to do it together too.

On Creative (R)Evoltion

Creative evolution and revolution is about choice, and surrender.

It’s about action and allowing.

It’s about devotion and disruption.

It is a state of mind, a way of being, and a personally/co-created path forward in support of conscious mental, emotional and spiritual evolution.

Personally, its an invitation to throw out the rulebook, while supporting you to harmonize the pressures and needs of a moment with the innate knowing of a call deep within.

It is a reminder that what you’re moving toward gets to feel good.

And an invitation to surrender needing to feel good, to actually take action toward it.

Its a path of self discovery that involves outer shifts on every level of your life.

Let It Breathe

As I was writing this, my Dad walked into the room and quoted myself back to myself: ‘feel free to enjoy the next 12 minutes.’ …and here is life laughing back at us. Where you get lost on the path, give yourself a moment to breathe and see what gets sent back your way.

He was re-quoting me saying:“If you can envision 12 years, you can live 12 months… and if you can do 12 months you can do 12 weeks, and 12 days… and 12 minutes.”

So that’s my invitation to you today — Give yourself 12 minutes to take a spontaneous action… even if it’s to sit there and feel confused (confusion is powerful too), to feel regret, sadness, or longing, to let yourself dance… to let yourself remember. What else is here?

Taking space is crucial for creativity, which is why I initiated a 2-month Facebook and phone detox in January. This month I’ll host a Mastermind in liberatory healing at the intersection of religion and sexuality. The courage and clarity for this Mastermind came directly from 8 months of learning about myself and clients and listening to my intuition.

Did you know learning to make fire was one of the things that set humans apart from animals early on? Yet one of our most stated “be careful” phrases is: “don’t play with fire.”

So let me ask: What if we hadn’t ever chosen to play?

Fire can cause extraordinary pain. Even images of fire, when used to inflict fear, can torment a person.

But fire can also be a healing force. A transforming force. An illuminating force.

Fire can alchemize.

Fire can preserve, produce, and induce action.

It can also burn, scar and kill.

I have long feared speaking about religion, sexuality and especially their intersection, publicly.

And yet, the nudges of life tend to get loudest when we are avoiding them.

It has taken time to feel ready to “play with fire.”

So I come to the table with this offer with humility, love, and also fear. But over the years I have been led over and over to believe fear, when it is fear in awe, in wonder, in amazement, is one of love’s truest forms.

We are most locked out of what we are most afraid to go into.

At this stage what we should most be afraid of, is how shallow fears hold all of us back.

The birth of Liberatory Love, is not just a coaching method, it's an energy. An energy that I am allowing my life to be the hearth for.

I cannot live without the heat of my fire. And that fire is sustained by the earth holding me, and the breath of God sending life through me.

So the discussion of earth, of God, and of the intersection of all of it–my body, this earth, Divine Love, and the social systems that do or do not uplift them–are all called to the table.

And so are you.

In 2024, this is a virtual event. In future, I’ll see you in the forest, on the sand, by the trees. I’ll meet you in a gown or a garden of roses.

For now: I invite you into your own body, to a transmission that will come through a screen, an invitation that will come as a glimmer, a sliver, a whisper, a beckoning into a new way of being with earth, with body, with heart ~ and awareness around what stops our deepest receiving.

Congrats on your first fitness session this season! I look forward to our next 2 sessions and integrating your desire for a sustainable plan.

As you know, my goal with "Zero to One," my health coaching, is not just a physically fit body (which is great!) but also you feeling empowered as a healthy person.

This means redefining health for ourselves throughout the process.

So here is an invitation: Take some time this week with "the diamond" below.

In this diamond are 4 different areas to help support a lifestyle with greater health through balance. The good stress of exercise balanced with the nourishment of nutritious food. And both of these things balanced with sleep/good rest and play/recreation. 

At the center of this diamond is one of the most important pieces of true health: Being connected to our own aims, not just in health, but in life, as a person.

All of my work from relationship coaching to fitness to design and innovation consulting is rooted in my belief that greater health, wealth and well-being are inseparable.

Can we really disconnect the three? 

Can we really disconnect our personal health, wealth and well-being from the collective's?

While we do have individual choices to make and responsibilities to our own bodies, my aim with invoking a personal and collective vision for greater health, wealth and well-being is to remind you to have compassion for yourself as an individual in our evolving collective, and to orient you into a larger vision for yourself in the world.

While I could write you a more detailed "fitness plan" this week - what I would prefer you to start with is reflection because beyond our one hour fitness sessions, my vision as a coach is for you to be an active agent in the protection, care and love for your own being and body, and in turn, to have compassion for other beings/bodies on this planet.

And you are so worthy of, and capable of that.

Every single body on this earth, including yours, is so worthy of getting to live with health, love and dignity. 

You caring for you is an act of extraordinary love to yourself and our entire collective. 

As you take some time to reflect this week consider what your year could look like with your health as a central piece of it. 

What would be possible with your aims/visions if you had more of the other 4 other pieces of the diamond (good stress, good rest, nourishment and play) available to you?

How would your relationship to each of these four areas change if you had a more defined understanding of your core aims and vision for your life?

I have spent many years working on and exploring philosophies of health and happiness, and while I too am evolving in my understanding of these things, it is a delight to work with you from what I have learned over of the years.
